Why Caslumi

Everyone says "best quality". Here is something you can actually check.

These are the eight things that change how your programme runs. If they do not matter to your business, we are probably not the right supplier — and that is a useful thing to establish early.

01

Direct manufacturing access

You are speaking to the manufacturing network itself — the presses, the welding fixtures and the die library — not a trading desk adding a margin to someone else's quotation. When you ask why a price is what it is, the answer comes from the people who set it.

02

Integrated manufacturing network

Our own manufacturing operations and long-term affiliated production partners across extrusion, fabrication, finishing, assembly and export — under one commercial relationship, so no stage of your programme falls between two vendors.

03

Custom engineering support

Engineers review your drawing for extrudability, part consolidation and finish behaviour before tooling is cut. Cost problems get solved on paper, where they are cheap.

04

Fast mold development

Dies are designed and cut in-house rather than queued at an outside toolmaker: roughly five days from approved drawing to a finished mold, and 7–15 days after that to samples in your hands. Weeks, not seasons.

05

Flexible OEM capability

Custom dimensions, profiles, finishes, packaging and private label — available on new development and on products already in our range.

06

U.S.-focused communication

Business development and customer support set up for U.S. buyers, in plain English, on hours that overlap with your working day. You should not have to decode your supplier's emails.

07

Experience supplying the U.S. market

Our plants have been producing aluminum outdoor furniture and components for export for years, so U.S. packaging, labelling, inspection and documentation expectations are familiar territory rather than a learning exercise on your order.

08

Small-batch sampling and mass production

Sampling runs for your line review, then the same tooling straight into container volumes. You are not forced to commit to a full production run to find out whether the product is right.

Capacity is only useful if someone is accountable for it.

What we will not tell you

The honesty test

A supplier who agrees to everything in the first meeting is telling you something about how the rest of the relationship will go.

We will tell you when a design is going to be expensive to extrude. We will tell you when a lead time is not realistic for the season you are asking about. We will tell you when a certification sits with your component supplier rather than with us. And if a product is genuinely better made by someone else, we would rather say so than take the order and disappoint you six months later.

That is not modesty — it is the cheapest form of risk management available to both of us.
